I have grown so much and learned so many new things since I started at Meshy. The team is very talented and professional. There is strong trust between management and the wider team that goes both ways. There is no drama or personal conflicts which makes for a pleasant change from my previous companies. There is very little bureaucracy needlessly slowing things down. I really like that I am trusted to effectively prioritize and make decisions about how to best contribute and develop projects. The vibe is still very much a high energy, fast paced startup that anyone with an entrepreneurial and problem solving mindset will love. No two days are the same and there are always new challenges and opportunities for growth and personal development. Meshy gets better every day and I feel like I've finally found my dream job with an incredible team.

Meshy is growing super quickly and this can create workload challenges sometimes, with hiring not always able to keep up with growth and demand, however this is always improving and I still feel well supported in my role.
