If you are ambitious, and like problem solving and continuous improvement, Messer is a good choice to work for. Management is supportive and engaged, and you have the opportunity to work with several other regions around the world.

Pay can be on the lower side, and there is an issue with new employees making as much or more than longer term employees. The business is cyclical, so workload will vary depending on the state of the economy. Not really something they can control though.
