      Company is a nice mix of small and large. They are as well financed and professional as a large company but still with easy access to the President. Very interesting job markets at Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando entertainment attractions.

      Some processes within the company could be more formalized. One downside of easy access to the president is that some decisions are sometimes a little arbitrary
