      Nice colleagues. MetLife offers good products to their customers. The company has good compensation, benefits and perks. Established good diversity programs.

      Svantaggi

      Horrible HR leadership - created a toxic environment. Allowed HR leaders to undermine others to get ahead. Plus HR leadership does not stand up to Senior Executives in the business when they are unethical and treat their own employee and HR horribly. It is a very political environment. Don't understand why the CEO allows this behavior.
