Constant work overload with deadlines and not enough care coordinators to handle the workload. Overworked and constantly stressed. Care coordinators are constantly going on work leaves due to the stress at times. Many of the managers have no LTC experience and therefore if you go to them with questions or concerns they are clueless of what your job entails and will direct you to your peers.
