During Performance review time, if you accept another position either to move to another department or move up in title during the 4th quarter you are not eligible for April increase and will be rated at par. So all the hard work you did the entire year may be a waste if you accept another postion. Best to wait to move to another position after review time. Not much diversity in leadership in claims.
