Flexibility, wonderful people to work with - especially management, fun projects, great talent base, good pay, an excellent learning opportunity helping me grow in my skills.

Because it's a startup, sometimes payment on contract invoices can be delayed, it's also been difficult getting enough projects in because the economy is not doing so well, which doesn't help payment either.
