The people in the company see their employees as humans and treat them as such. Diverse corporation (and not like the kind that has a quota to fill) as well. PTO is easy to manage. Small company so you know who you work with and everyone is always willing to help.

Since it's a small company there is limited upward growth, although it is okay to ask for more responsibilities to improve your job position.

Your co-workers are the staff at each clinic. Minimal managing and lots of flexibility. Everyone that is staffed by Met-test are great people! Never work 40 hours but receive salary

No room for advancements and no raises. Some clinics want you to sit there the whole day with no patients. That can be pretty boring, just bring stuff to read or an ipad or something. Traveling can get tiring after a while. Depending on where you live you might have to travel from 45min to an hour and half.
