The company brings out the best in everyone's sense of humor. All Hands meetings feel productive but also entertaining as hell. - Fully remote, with very flexible hours. - Not one, but two sets of layoffs in the last couple months. Leadership was open and transparent about the reasoning, and ensuring it doesn't happen again - but there's always some fear in this market. - The job itself can be pretty demanding. Good for me, but not everyone wants to put in what is required to hit the bar set by a team of high performers.
