Lots of fun company activities and the benefits are amazing (compensation is average to below average). One of the biggest Pros to me personally was their products. It felt great to be a part of producing and selling truly green and sustainable cleaning products. Of course turning a profit is necessary but I can definitely say Method puts people, pets and the planet above all else in producing their cleaning products. No green cleaning company is perfect but Method does strive to be each and everyday in this regard. Plus their cleaners are one of the best, if not the best, green cleaning products available. They definitely smell better than all the others out there thanks to Suzanne McCormick. She is truly a guru of scent.

Not much opportunity for growth. I only saw a few select individuals move up in the ranks at Method. However, having Method on your resume is valuable since the company is fairly well known and loved by those that are familiar with it. This makes Method a great place to get experience and then move on.
