Toxic management does not set realistic goals, adds to duties constantly, when people quit or are fired they don’t hire to replace them, the work is distributed amongst sr staff. Performed management duties as delegated but not paid for them, performed review duties but unable to get the title for review, trained staff because managers didn’t know processed. When you ask for time off for family, expect to be asked to remain available with your computer. Vacation? Take your computer, work around the kids wanting to be in the pool. Totally unrealistic work life balance.
