      Vantaggi

      Full-time staff get quarterly bonuses or profit-sharing of $1000+. Only patients admitted to the hospital are under care of one of the surgeons here. Predominantly, spinal surgery, ortho, some ENT and podiatry surgery center. Easy assignments of 4:1 for Med/Surg RN's, 2:1 for ICU RN's. Only 3 ER rooms with not plans on expanding.

      Rate of pay is low in comparison to most hospitals in the DFW area. PRN staff do not get bonuses or pay increases.

      The Director of Rehabilitation is supportive, approachable, and accommodating when staff needs arise. The facility has a positive company culture with a respectful work environment, and the staff in general are friendly and willing to help one another. They have pretty nice benefits for full-time staff.
