Questionable - Recensione dipendente - Emergency Room RN presso Methodist Hospital (KY)

Team cohesiveness is questionable(must be party person to fit in). More interested in getting pts in and out than quality of care. Much prejudice against older seasoned nurses. Many nurses play "leap frog" and don't speak to their team mates...instead go completely over the chain of command to the director with insinuations. Management listens to gossip instead of looking at the facts.
