Empathetic leaders, management, humble employees make this place an incredibly fun, lively, productive place to work. 1-1's are helpful and managers help employees with growth, whether it's professional or personal. They really care about the mission and don't take any shortcuts to ensure the highest level of quality of food is sourced so we as chefs can output the highest quality product. This level of transparency and honesty is rare in the food industry. I've learned so much here and attribute a lot of my success to my mentors and leaders here. I'm building up the skill set I've learned from all of the information that's transparent across the company to one day start my own company one day.

As with any start up, it's not a polished or beautiful place to work in aesthetically but that really shouldn't matter. The thing that's important are the people, and they are the ones who truly make this place magical. I almost don't want it to be perfect aesthetically because I've found that's when people take things for granted and don't grind as hard.
