Easy going company. Too many team day/dinner. Friendly colleagues.

Management has no clue on the vision of the company. No growth plan, current growth is stale. Previous CEO has his own agenda, now new one is just pushing for AI without any clue.

The CEO, Bethany Ayers doesn't care about people, doesn't know what's she's doing, is a rude and anxious micromanager, forcing an AI agenda that is breaking the product to the point where the company is losing flagship customers as the product doesn't work - because she has been forcing the engineering team to deliver features so quickly with AI that they didn't have the time to develop them or test them properly. There's a lot of doing things just so that she can say that they were done externally - but not effectively done. I wouldn't buy the product and wouldn't work at a company that this CEO is leading.

Used to have a good culture and talented team, that changed with a new leader. Key team members all left in 25 or early 26.

No growth, no improvements happening to fix it Strong blame culture Majority of the team is either leaving, brand new, or looking for a new job Booking mandatory meetings unnecessarily outside of contracted hours “Take it or leave” leadership style. most people are picking the leave option multiple teams lost 50% of people
