Challenging and fun environment - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Metrio

When I started at Metrio several years ago it was a family business and I immediately loved the very friendly atmosphere. Many of my colleagues are now friends and even though the company has grown enormously since then, the atmosphere and culture are still essential to the management. At Metrio, I was able to grow professionally and develop in a variety of roles that suited the needs of the company and my personal affinities. It has been amazing to see the work that has been done by the teams over the past few years. The challenges were numerous and for me it was the best school to progress personally and as a team. Now, I can't wait to see what we will be able to accomplish in the following years!

Approaching my 4 years mark and there are no real cons identified.

Metrio's leadership really wants you to be happy, to succeed and to grow; - Super flexible and understanding when personal stuff come in the way; - Really listened to my feedback as an employee and were able to quickly make my environment and responsibilities evolve so I can grow - Metrio is in the sustainability sector and they really made sustainability values (respect, passion, work-life balance) a part of their DNA - and a lot of fun! Really love my colleagues and can't wait to have fun with them when COVID is over!

- Smaller company so you have to do many things yourself, even if it is not part of your responsibilities - It is also a fast growing companies so we feel the typical growth pains (things could be more smooth, roles and responsibilities better defined, etc)
