The management team has defined a vision for the company and is not afraid to invest in new technology to make that vision happen. There is nothing better than having what feels like an odd idea and seeing the team around you turn it into an awesome reality! MMD is great about employee events like: company picnics, Christmas parties, and periodic team competitions.
