Complete nepotism - if you are not in the family/a friend of the family, good luck getting anywhere. No room for growth, management is not uniform across centers. They play favorites with their employees, and even then, they will drop you like a hot potato, no matter how long you've worked there. Low pay/low raises/no holiday bonus. Use this place like they'll use you, and then get out of their fast! Their product they are selling is overpriced junk - all their clients leave/go to Regis.
