Love the people who work here. They are all like one big family. They do joke around, its not all serious all the time. Great atmosphere. I love my job and the company.

Dealing with angry customers at times. Work is basically your life here.

If you are white, you can basically do no wrong, even if you steal half a million dollars.

First off, my tax withholding was screwed up by this company and they did nothing about it. That should be enough, but there is so much more. Most of the people here are jerks to minorities, I was LITERALLY not allowed to make my own decisions. People who work on crews are referred to as “the Mexicans.” I guess they are not worthy of being called by their actual names? Most of the people there have been there for DECADES without getting legitimate raises. You read that correctly……DECADES. The environment was extremely top heavy, everyone is a manager except you. Because they are so set in their ways, they didn’t even realize that they created an environment of modern day slavery. They will give you a few breadcrumbs and proceed to justify not paying properly, screwing up your tax return, false accusations and mistreatment. The so called “leaders” always end up stealing thousands and receiving no punishment. However, if you are a minority, the slightest mistake will get you blacklisted for as long as you choose to continue working there.
