No enforcement of policies no Equality

Fun job for the most part. The armed sites can be challenging but some of the sites that have no contact with people can be boring.

The management has scheduling issues frequently. This is mostly due to trying to keep you from running into overtime. But can be a pain because they will get a temporary client and need new guys and hire them then have a problem having hours for them and give everyone an 8 hour shift. Which is really lame.
