When in reality it just seems like they are going through the motions. Horrible dispatch that doesn't care of you have time for a job... They will just throw it on you and if your late it shows up on your score card. They will send you out into the field wether or not you have been trained completely and expect you to know everything. If you need a day off and don't have pto they ”strongly discouraged" that. Which means you can't have a day off unless it's on their terms aka a wage slave.
