MetroNet provides a lot of flexibility for people to change departments and roles to fit their career aspirations. Provides a top tier product to its customers, and provides many training opportunities to its associates. I always appreciated the diversity of the teams I worked with there.

I was appalled by the way some managers and above would treat fellow associates. Several people made it to positions they were not qualified, most stayed in their lane, others would tear down any other person or team to deflect attention. Many people there were afraid make suggestions for fear of retaliation. Dependent of the department you are in work/life balance may not exist. Pay is mediocre at best and promotions were only in title.
