Remote work.. for now. Pretty cool atmosphere.

Pay. Pay.Pay. They start Tech support at $17/hr. Insurance is expensive. No perks. Unless you live in a service area, then you get free internet. Tmobile is taking over and EVERYONE is terrified for their future. Did I mention the pay is horrible? You have to post in chat for everything. Going to lunch or break? You have to post it in chat to get approval first. Making an outbound call? Post it in chat. You need a tech scheduled? Post it in chat. It's a very prehistoric feeling system. Training is horrible. It's 3 weeks classroom and 1 week nesting. Out of the 3 weeks, you shadow maybe 3-5 hours of calls and you do roleplay calls for half a day before nesting. The company is a mess.
