      Good location downtown, close to agencies.

      Company is toxic from ownership to upper management there is ZERO communication with the staff and the environment is completely chaotic as a result. Offers of employment are made to potential candidates only to be rescinded for ridiculous reasons or asking simple question regarding work. People in positions of authority will throw you under the bus to save their own butts while management turns a blind eye to people doing drugs on company time. Steer clear of this one, don't be fooled by the fancy smoke and mirrors. Most of the staff and upper management have little to no real expertise in NYC construction.
