Easy work, great pay, and fun work environment

Not a ton of hours

It's an easy going gig with a lot of perks. Being able to attend baseball games(Twins) basketball games(Timberwolves) and concerts(@Target Field)while getting paid are only a few. Pay is great considering how little work you do. Tips are split between all employees. Take as much time off as you need whenever you need.

Management is lacking. Pay may take up to three weeks to recieve. Sometimes longer. Scheduling is a mess. You cannot call the employer to schedule or ask questions. You'll text him your name and number (nothing more) and he'll get back to you on his time. Promises of regular pay raises are false. Serious lack of communication throughout the company.
