Lots of things promised in terms of promotions, pay rises, enhanced benefits, but none ever came through. Despite being a global company now, many of the Benefits felt distinctly sub-par for a consultancy e.g. bare minimum pension contributions allowed by law. Internal processes quite chaotic and despite being an established multi-million dollar company Bit of a stuffy atmosphere, everyone seems to have a very high opinion of themselves and took work extremely seriously. Never really felt like a place that I would call 'fun'.
