Management barely speak English, They speak only Swebisch dialect. Incapable to go international. They rarely promote normally they hire from outside friend of friends. Low salary and weird payment scheme. Education is not valued. Really poor HR skills, Several attempts to apply saving economies on employees. Meal for remote workers are not payed.
