Employees are treated like machines. Expected to work even after working hours or even during weekends. They don’t have normal lives. They are expected to just work. Pay is very less for what the employees do. Politics. Increment and position are only for the favorites. The most important job responsibility is ad hoc responsibility. Too hectic. Employees don’t know who to complain to because it is Meydan!
