      People, as individuals, are great. A lot of paid holiday days. Easy to accrue PTO if you go to work. Some good 401k options with the company pitching in too.

      Svantaggi

      Insubordination and lack of attendance is acceptable for certain people while others work their butts off and get more work. Creates a lot of unnecessary friction.
