Micado is an inspiring place to work, especially for those passionate about Salesforce related technologies. The company offers excellent opportunities to grow technically and professionally. As a Salesforce Developer, I found the projects engaging and challenging, with a strong focus on creating impactful, data-driven solutions for clients. The leadership team, especially the founder, is very approachable and genuinely invested in employee growth and satisfaction. I always felt encouraged to bring new ideas forward and was supported in expanding my skill set in the latest Salesforce and CRM technologies. Micado also has a unique, collaborative culture that makes working there a pleasure. There's a strong focus on cross-functional learning. The feedback loop with managers and the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects made me feel that my contributions were valued and impactful.

The pace can be fast due to the innovative environment, which might be challenging for some, but it's very rewarding if you thrive in dynamic settings. The dynamic shifting among different projects and different technologies sometimes not easy with the workload.

Small close-nit team eventhough mostly remotely working, with possibility to do a lot of different and challenging projects at various customers. Great colleagues to work with.
