HORRIBLE management. Forced 9 hour days, can’t work from home, can’t take PTO for the first 6 months. Zero training, zero respect from management. Majority of people that work there are crabby and clearly hate their job. Really horrible work environment. Turnover, for those reasons, is incredibly high which makes things hectic.
