The culture - is very open minded, where everybody's opinion matters and they give their best to communicate with people and to improve all the time. Professional development - they invest in making you the best version for that job. Quality of work life - the protocol is on companies expense: coffee, milk, tea, kitchen accesories, fruits. Career options - if you want to change your career path, you can do it inside the company, it's encouraged because they invest in employees and they want to keep them as much as possible. Also a big pro is that this company is part of the community by doing a lot of volunteering actions (I love to volunteer and I participated to most of them), such as building a house for the victims of flood within the Habitat for Humanity project or reconditioning a hicking trail path in the mountains. I also travelled a lot within Michelin, for projects. Home office is also a big PRO.

In Bucharest, Romania, the headquarters it's quite far from the city. Another thing is that being a french company, I interacted with a lot of french people and some refuse to speak other language than theirs and I find that unethical.
