I do wish there was more funding for the program.

People - you will love your peers and the supervisors. Also they are very flexible and allows freedom and independence to work at your own pace. Life/work balance is excellent.

Not much hope for advancement or wage increase and the quality of your job depends on your local legal service program. Overall manageable but a lot of staff turnover due to this issue of burn out
