The clients are great to work with, they are very caring. Hours are somewhat flexible if coworkers are willing to switch.

There is zero room to advance within this company. The coworkers are more difficult to work with than the people with developmental disabilities. You get paid almost min wage, and can't work more than 24 hrs in a week. Zero benefits. You must work every other weekend, no room for switching.
