The culture. It's ridiculous like a cult. There's a sermon each morning with a mantra called "the promise." You memorize it and say it each morning as a group. It's incredibly awkward and a waste of time. What happened is that the ceo paid a lot of money to a company to create a culture instead of letting it form within. Some of the people are terrible but can't control that. Id you're in member services then you have my sympathy.
