People are friendly. Employee discounts are great. Flexible schedule.

Svantaggi

You are expected to be able to having high name capture percentage and selling a good amount of service plans. However there are quite a lot of customers who don't want to give away their info and that will make your number looks bad. If you want to advance to other position you will need to have high numbers on both and name capture is hard already. Selling service plans is also a hard thing to do since most of the time the customers already talk with sale associates about it, so unless you work in Internet Pickup and be the first person the customers talk to it would be really hard. One of the managers was always hard and sometimes the way he talks makes it looks like he's looking down on us. --No benefits for part-time associates.
