      Thanks for the review and we will look into your concerns about scheduling as that is typically not how a schedule should work.       Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
