Friendly environment, indoors and air conditioned, healthy working environment, #1 Micro Center repair department in the world. Great transitional job to acquire training and experience before moving on.

Svantaggi

No vertical headroom for higher pay, simply had to buckle down and work harder. The more hours you worked the less you could get in commissions. Certifications made no difference in pay. "Full time" meant 30 hours a week, not 40. No overtime strictly enforced.

The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

Svantaggi

Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
