      -great people (non-managers) -freedom of creativity -great company culture (or at least on paper) -great discounts

      Svantaggi

      -too much freedom to employees as in lack of leadership -corpo policies excessively strict -company culture not actually appreciated -pay relies heavily on ability to sell -want associates to do too much for what they pay -leadership is terrible at communicating -very biased leadership

However, it takes all associates to share their concerns with management in order to make the environment better.       The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
