Arrogant regional management Morbid morale Lack of product knowledge by some managers and lack of knowledge on how to process an order. Sales Management doesn't communicate well with sales team. They sit in their office all day, within15ft from sales team and never speak to the team. They prefer to email and IM. When they do leave their offices, it's to go outside and have a smoke with each other. Zero local leadership
