We’re glad you enjoyed the teams you worked with while you were at Micro Focus.
We agree that the acquisition was very complex, however we’re addressing these complexities in a structured way and building more effective core systems and operational processes for the long term. Our focus is and remains on the customer: their success drives our success as an organisation, which is measurable by tangible measures such as EBITDA.
Our own technology is used in house and we continue to increase its use internally, both in how we develop our software products, and in how we run and transform our own IT infrastructure.
Treating people with respect is one of our core values, so we take this feedback about management very seriously. We encourage our employees to speak to HR with any concerns of this nature.
