Decent pay, good office community (at least at this sales office), good benefits, managers for certain product lines know how to do their jobs and want their teams to succeed, company phone and laptop to take work home, some sales territories can reap lucrative rewards.

battles between outside sales and inside sales for accounts and commission the company is modernizing old applications written in COBOL, but what's next? the borland product line bought from compuware has no true vision lower management has to jump through rings of fire for their reps just to get things done some sales reps have overstayed their welcome, and need to be let go worst CRM system ive ever encountered work life balance is terrible if you truly want to succeed quotas are unrealistic for some territories, but are mandated from the top down
