The pay and benefits are fair and unlike many companies, if you work long hours and on weekends, you can get additional pay if you meet your monthly billing goals.

The biggest con I had was with the middle management teams. There seems to be a loss of vision from the top down when it comes to how they manage and treat people. In many cases I witnessed some managers berate lower level employees in front of an entire department. In addition they tend to play favorites and will even let hard working talented people go without reason if the egos of the managers are threatened.
