Generous time off, fun culture, good people to work with. The kind of place that pays you 20% less than competitors, but you still stick around because you're otherwise so comfortable. Very easy to come back to, hires lots of retreads that left (on good terms) at least 2 years ago at at least a 20% bump.

Low compensation for long time employees vs recent hires & reluctance to exceed 5% annual raises to correct this; instead of bumping a 5 year person making 100K to 110K, they would rather hire someone with only 2 years experience from outside for 120K.
