Company is proud of its values and culture, and want to make sure new employees are aware of it. CEO and management team at least set the tone they are available for open discussion any time.

Svantaggi

It takes a long, long time for HR to get the act together and complete the offer process after acquisition. In general it looks like pay is on the low side.

There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
