      Great place for freshers to start their professional journey- recommended. Training’s for both freshers and experienced are great. One great thing about Microland is that we have the flexibility to choose the project we want to work on. Overall experience is great in this company.

      None, avoid at all costs. The only pro that I can list is that they cannot receive negative Stars.

      Failed to listen to advice that would have greatly helped them in the long run. Failure to pay employees promptly or in a timely fashion Inability to realize that they are incapable of meeting customer expectations with their current method of staffing and execution.
