They work you to death! There is alot of work but not enough resources. It's just never enough. Their new business model seems to include yearly layoffs and will do so by rating their employees. If they do not get those certain ratings to justify a layoff, upper management will force lower management to "fudge/change" those numbers. Doesnt matter how long you have been there, you are just another number.
