MicroSolv pays for 100% benefits and offers a very nice vacation package. The environment is very nice for all the employees work together as a team and really help each other succeed. It has a family feel where it is comfortable to be yourself and feel like your really apart of something great! Upper management really shows they care about the companies growth as well as your own personal advancement in life of each employee. Fair wages are offered way above market.

The company works very lean with few employees so when there is a person out it could be hard to cover or take off days you may want.

Nice benefits package. Small (6-7 employees) company. Nice location, modern, professional facilities and equipment. Superb customer service policies and standards with plenty of customer support when necessary.

Upper management tends to act on whims with little regard for impact on day-to-day operations. Not receptive at all to suggestions and/or advice from employees. Strange, paranoid, us-against-them attitude re: outside vendors and visitors. Dismissive attitude towards employees personal lives. Tendency towards complicating things as opposed to streamlining them.
