The pay seems good until you work 50-60 hours and end up making the hourly rate that you could make at McDonalds. The company expects you to grow business but doesn’t ensure that the equipment needed to do so is up to date and in working order. New managers are hired in with little to no training on how the individual business functions and are left to figure it out or drown on their own.
