Great HR Team, Wonderful Benefits, Competitive Salary, Makes you feel like you are part of the team from Day 1, Willing to listen to employees ideas for changes

My commute could be better but everything else outweighs this minor detail

I've worked here for two years don't know of any Pros just CONS. Started working for Midasco in VA on the I-95 project where I met some talented people that did not stick around to long because of the superintendent on the night shift was under skilled in this type of construction the project manager was fresh out of high school and did not know much about the industry otherworld's they hire anyone to fill the position with out doing a back ground check. SO if your looking for a pay check this is good for that if your looking for a future do your self a favor look some where else.

The CEO and the president of the company resigned these are people that have been with this company from the bottom up if that doesn't tell you something's wrong then this is the unorganized structure for you. This is just to help someone who will be starting with this said company to give that person a heads up. GOOD LUCK
